Air conditioning

The air conditioner will automatically turn off whe nyou open the terrace door.
Be sure to close the door tightly for proper operation of the air conditioner.

Electricity

All our rooms have an energy saving system, which must be activated by entering the room key.

Rest

If you prefer not to be disturbed by the cleaning staff, place the "do not disturb" sign on the door.
In case you want a special cleaning schedule please let the reception know.

Towel washing

If you want us to change the towels in the bathroom, deposit them on the floor.
If you prefer not to change them, leave them hanging in the place enabled for it.
Every time you decide not to change the towels, you will be saving €0.20 per wash, which will be donated at the end of your stay to the Foresta Foundation, who will use this donation to care for and replant the forests of the Canary Islands.
