Safe deposit box

For your safety, you have a safe in the room.
We recommend you deposit all valuables in it.
The hotel is not responsible for the loss of objects that have not been deposited in the box.

• To set it up: Press START, tentre your 6-digit code and confirm it by pressing the red button inside the door, turn the knob to close the door.
• To open it: Enter the 6-digit code, turn the knob to the right, clockwise.
• To close it again: enter the 6-digit code, turn the knob to the left, counterclockwise.

Faults

If any breakdown occurs, contact the reception and we will send you a specialized technician as soon as possible.

Other Services

Our reception staff will also be in charge of helping you with the reservation of the gym, car rental, tai calls, etc.
In addition, they will provide you with all the information you may need during your stay.

Laundry

We have a laundry service.
Garments delivered before 9:00 in the morning will be delivered within 24 hours.
